Benefits Associate

Location: New York, NY

Base Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

As a dedicated Benefits Associate, you will be a driving force in ensuring the comprehensive well‑being of employees across 12 countries. Your role will encompass managing various benefits processes, from enrollment coordination to fostering strong relationships with benefits vendors. By leveraging your skills and expertise, you will contribute to a seamless and enriching benefits experience for our diverse workforce.

Your Objectives

• Oversee the administration of benefits for employees in multiple global locations
• Liaise with benefits carriers to facilitate the enrollment process for medical and dental plans
• Assist in the management of a wide array of benefits, including risk and life insurance, gym reimbursements, and more
• Help employees understand, access, and make the most of the benefits available to them
• Streamline Open Enrollments and Terminations to ensure employees can easily navigate transitions and changes in benefits status
• Maintain weekly communications with benefits carriers and vendors to cultivate collaborative relationships, resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Play a pivotal role in onboarding new hires, ensuring they are well‑informed about available benefits
