Alliant Insurance Services in San Francisco is seeking a benefits-focused professional to service existing mid-market accounts and help Producers win new business. You will gather data, analyze plan design, and coordinate with carriers to obtain quotes and terms.

This role emphasizes meticulous data entry, client communication, and teamwork to deliver competitive employee benefits solutions. A bachelor's, license, and 2+ years' experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two or more years of related work experience.
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by Supervisor.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal.

Responsabilités

• Works with client team to determine bid and renewal strategy for mid-market client accounts.
• Provides detailed plan design and cost information to service team.
• Identifies client characteristics including benefit needs, design, demographics and census.
• Gathers information and provides analysis and recommendations for coverage.
• Requests census and RFQs for ancillary coverages and processes RFQs.
• Prepares RFPs for renewal or prospective groups with data and history.
