Title: Sr. Benefits Analyst/General Administrator

Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

Contract only to start, with potential to extend or convert, but not guaranteed and fully dependent on overall business need and candidate performance.

Pay Rate: $29.02/hr.

Summary:

  • Client Benefits team is seeking a Sr. Benefits Analyst to review and analyze data in the data warehouse and recommend enhancements to the benefits package.
  • Manage benefits audits and collaborate with internal and external partners to propose process improvements and automation opportunities in a cost-effective, robust, and scalable manner.
  • Interface between the benefits business function and other technology functions for enterprise solutions from concept through testing, delivery, and support.
  • Report to Manager, Benefits, with daily operations aligned with the benefits roadmap.
  • The role may evolve from designing globally to supporting local implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attention to detail with strong business analysis skills.
  • Effective collaboration with vendors, management, and employees.
  • Troubleshoot and respond to inquiries from employees and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation and standards.
  • Manage benefits reconciliation and leave of absence processes.
  • Gather and document business requirements and specifications.
  • Develop acceptance test scenarios and participate in testing.
  • Deliver responsibilities on time.
  • Collaborate with other teams and build stakeholder relationships.
  • Proactively seek information, challenge norms, and drive efficiency.
  • Work in a matrixed, international, and virtual environment.
  • Manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
  • Think globally as part of a global team.
  • Some out-of-hours work may be required to support the global organization.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration and documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive problem solver with critical thinking and creativity.
  • Customer service orientation with the ability to build credibility and trust.

Must Haves:

  • Benefits background with analytical skills in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Excel functions like VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Effective communication with internal and external partners and strong analytical skills.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience with ADP (GlobalView), Oracle Fusion, or navigating vendor/insurance sites.
