Job Title

Senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst, APAC

Job Description Summary

The Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Asia Pacific is a key role supporting the Performance & Total Reward Programs (planning and implementation) across the Global Occupier Services, Asia Pacific region, with a strong focus on the Philippines.

The role is responsible for advising, developing, and delivering relevant, innovative, and consistent performance and total rewards programs, processes, and solutions to support attraction, retention, and motivation of an engaged workforce. The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will also assist in planning, designing, implementing, and communicating compensation policies and practices to enable Cushman & Wakefield to attract top talent and drive business performance. Leveraging curiosity to analyze data and develop creative solutions, this role supports our growing business.

Job Description

About the role

  1. Support the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews, including planning, implementation, and administration of the processes, verification, and analysis of distribution and year-end spend/budgeting in collaboration with HRBP and managers.

  2. Analyze compensation data and develop competitive pay structures aligned with the Global Job Architecture framework.

  3. Coach in-country Human Resources on C&B processes, evaluating issues and providing solutions.

  4. Conduct complex studies and analysis for the APAC region or specific countries/service lines, including HR reporting, market survey reviews, job evaluations, and benchmarking exercises.

  5. Research emerging market trends and regulatory changes; compile findings for management review to support compliance.

  6. Research employee benefits in similar industries and advise on updates to existing benefits or policies.

  7. Assess market-relevant compensation through planning, pricing, and administering employee reviews and increases, and review job descriptions for appropriateness.

  8. Assist in preparing C&B proposals and support country HR teams with data analytics for Annual Operating Planning (AOP) related to people costs.

About You

  1. 3–5 years of experience as an Analyst in finance, Compensation & Benefits, or HR consulting.

  2. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or human resources.

  3. Hands-on experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Office applications, PowerBI, etc.

  4. Strong data mining, analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in spreadsheets.

  5. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing environments.
