Job Description

Purpose & Scope:

Functions as Benefits Analyst for the Department of Human Resources. This position will be responsible for benefits administration, support/service of all employees, under direction manage benefit plans maintenance, HRIS responsibilities in Workday, compliance, and support of the HR department. This position will interface with all levels of employees, vendors, and former employees. As a representative of the Human Resources Department, it is expected that you will demonstrate the qualities we value: confidentiality, punctuality, enthusiasm, initiative, dependability, communication skills and cooperation.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in psychology, human resources, business or equivalent experience is preferred.

Experience:

Two years of employment benefit administration experience is preferred.

None.
