Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in employee benefits, health insurance, Medicare, or related field.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and benefits programs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for individual and small group clients via phone, email, and other channels.
• Manage account administration: applications, enrollments, renewals, and policy updates.
• Prepare and submit carrier docs accurately and on time for compliance.
• Generate quotes, renewal comparisons, invoices, and benefit-related materials.
