Job summary

Seaboard is seeking a Benefits Specialist to support the Sr. Benefits Manager, employees, and management with benefits administration, enrollment, and reporting in a fast-paced environment.

You will process COBRA, FMLA, ACA reporting, open enrollment, and wellness coordination, using Excel and PowerPoint for data and communications.

Excellent communication and bilingual English/Spanish are preferred; high school diploma required with prior benefits experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous benefits administration experience preferred.
• Accounting exposure beneficial for invoice reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Process time- and content-sensitive benefits tasks including COBRA, FMLA, and leaves.
• Audit benefits enrollment information and correct data.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for employees, managers, HR, and vendors.
• Coordinate health and welfare plans and annual open enrollment.
• Present benefits information to new hire orientation.
