Job summary

A staffing agency is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant in Houston, Texas, to manage the administration and support of employee benefits programs. Responsibilities include implementing benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, and communicating benefits information to employees. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of benefits administration and a keen eye for detail, as well as experience in human resources. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 annually.

Responsibilities

• Implement and administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, spending accounts, and retirement plans.
• Ensure compliance with all laws relating to employee benefits programs and administration.
• Communicate benefits information to employees.
• Process enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits.
• Manage billing and payments for employee benefit programs.
• Perform quality and data checks on benefit enrollment data.
• Assist with the Annual Enrollment process and communications.
• Monitor COBRA activities with TPA and provide reporting.
• Resolve issues related to employee benefits.
• Maintain accurate employee benefits records.
• Assist with the preparation of annual reports and audits.
• Create and maintain department procedures.
