Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in Atlanta, GA to join a dynamic and supportive team. You will manage self-, level-funded accounts, quote new and renewal business, and ensure best-in-class client service while leveraging BenefitPoint to boost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Employee Benefits administration and holds an active Life & Health license. This role offers a hybrid work model after in-office training, a comprehensive benefits package, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Employee Benefits administration or a related field.
Active Life & Health (L&H) Insurance license/designation required.
Experience with BenefitPoint or similar software is a big plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills for a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Quote new and renewal business and manage client accounts.
Oversee self-funded and level-funded accounts with attention to detail.
Ensure seamless client service and support using BenefitPoint.
Collaborate with a collaborative, growth-focused team to drive client satisfaction.
