Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager / HR Manager to oversee daily administrative functions, manage benefits accounts, and foster a positive culture. You will liaison between management and staff, ensuring smooth operations and excellent client service.

The role requires at least 5 years in employee benefits/HR, a Life and Health license, and proficiency with EPIC software. This is a fully remote position with responsibilities across client groups and collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years servicing employee benefits accounts and HR background.
• Life and Health (L&H) license required.
• Proficiency in EPIC software.
• Outgoing, self-starter with strong communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative functions and facilities management.
• Liaise between upper management and employees for questions and concerns.
• Build and maintain company culture through hiring processes and employee relations.
• Manage and service employee benefits accounts for 2–200 lives.
• Quote new and renewal business for ~10 client groups.
• Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.
• Participate in training with the current team to ensure a smooth transition.
