This position requires a minimum of 4 years of account management experience with a strong knowledge of employee benefits policies. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer support, collaborate with marketing to service client accounts, and develop Request for Proposals to secure new business. Employee Benefits Account Manager - Hybrid - Torrance, CA

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Benefits Account Manager to join the team in a hybrid capacity (3 days in-office) in the Torrance area. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is eager to grow within a company that invests in its employees' success.

Base Pay Range

$65,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of Account Management experience servicing small groups. Experience with large groups is a plus

• Occasional travel may be required
