Acrisure, a global fintech leader in New Jersey, seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationship management and lead the account service team within the Health Insurance Fund division. The role involves deploying corporate resources to deliver comprehensive products and services to Acrisure NJ Platform accounts.

Responsibilities include supporting JHIF members, COBRA/Direct Bill programs, Medicare transitions, client meetings, and overseeing renewal/RFP processes.

Competenze

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• NJ Life and Health License required.
• HS Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Support JHIF members and their employees focusing on day-to-day needs.
• Assist with COBRA and Direct Bill programs within JHIF entities.
• Review Medicare member eligibility and oversee transition into the Medicare population.
• Assist with consulting services to clients by conducting client meetings and presentations.
• Speak to employers/employees effectively during open enrollment meetings.
• Coordinate and manage the renewal and RFP process for clients.
