You will coordinate with clients, producers, carriers, and internal teams, lead Open Enrollment sessions, and help clients optimize benefit strategies while maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in employee benefits account management or similar client service role.
• Active Life & Health Insurance license required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
