• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience supporting all aspects of employee benefits account management.
• Support day‑to‑day account management activities across clients and industries.
• Assist with client service requests, including ID cards, coverage materials, and plan documents.
• Gather and maintain client census data to support renewal processes.
• Review contracts and plan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Help resolve enrollment issues, billing inquiries, and escalated claims with the team.
• Coordinate applications and documentation needed to implement/update coverage.
• Create client‑facing materials for meetings and presentations.
• Participate in internal and external client meetings to learn relationship building.
