You will deliver compassionate support, helping patients access complex medications and related financial assistance resources. The role emphasizes outbound outreach, inbound status checks, detailed documentation, and collaboration with providers.

Qualifications

• Experience working from home and outbound call experience.
• Experience speaking to payers and understanding benefit processes.
• Internet speed confirmed and secure workplace.
• Experience with call monitoring and QA review of calls.
• Experience learning new systems and patient services/call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls for missing/unclear benefit details.
• Perform benefit investigations using script/call guide.
• Handle inbound patient calls for application status and missing information.
• Document findings in Summary of Benefits for providers.
• Update case notes thoroughly in Lynk system.
