Globe Life AIL - McQuade Organization in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Entry-Level Benefits Representative to be the first point of contact for clients needing help with benefits packages. No prior experience is required, and comprehensive training will be provided.

You will assist clients by phone and online, explain plan coverage and eligibility, support enrollment and changes, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
