The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, negotiating rates and terms, coordinating interviews and onboarding, and building strong client and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in bench sales and full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proven ability to market candidates to clients and negotiate terms.
• Experience in account management and maintaining client/vendor relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and coordination with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with US IT staffing market, C2C/W2 models, and typical practices.
• Proficient in ATS, MS Office, and job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn).

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants to existing and new clients.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle including interviews and onboarding.
• Track submissions, placements, and pipeline trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing goals.
• Maintain accurate records in recruitment systems.
