Qualifications

• 2+ years in US Bench Sales or similar recruitment experience.
• Strong knowledge of US job market and work visa categories (F1, CPT, OPT, H1B, etc.).
• Experience applying and sourcing on job boards and platforms.
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Ability to multitask across multiple candidates and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Market bench candidates across major job boards and platforms.
• Apply to jobs on behalf of candidates through portals and direct sites.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
• Coach candidates on technical and HR rounds with mock interviews and resume upgrades.
• Build relationships with staffing vendors, partners, and direct clients.
• Maintain pipelines, trackers, and CRM/ATS for real-time visibility.
• Manage onboarding post-offer including background checks and joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidate, client, and internal teams.

• Apply to jobs on behalf of candidates through portals and direct career sites.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and feedback loops.
• Coach candidates on technical and HR rounds — mock interviews, resume upgrades, and pitch polish.
• Build relationships with staffing vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Maintain pipelines, trackers, and CRM/ATS for real-time visibility.
• Manage onboarding post-offer — including background checks (BGVC), documentation, and joining formalities.
• Ensure smooth communication between candidate, client, and internal teams.
