Signet Jewelers has opportunities for entry‑level and experienced Jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. You will polish jewelry, set stones, size, and repair pieces, advancing from Apprentice to Bench Jeweler. The role emphasizes restoring jewelry and delivering a Customer‑First experience.

Administrative tasks may be required initially, with growth into custom design and fabrication as you progress. Full‑time hours with some nights and weekends are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years bench jeweler experience in skilled trades.
• Must pass a qualified bench test.
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills.
• Customer-service minded with high quality standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time 40-hour week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Polish jewelry and assist with repairs.
• Set stones, size, and complete jewelry repairs.
• Restore jewelry to its original beauty and craft custom pieces as needed.
• Deliver a Customer-First experience that exceeds expectations.
