Signet Jewelers seeks entry-level and experienced Jewelers for its Field Design & Service Center teams in the United States. You will complete administrative tasks, polish jewelry, and advance to bench work, including stone setting, sizing, and repairs.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, with progression toward Bench Jeweler.
• Perform stone setting, sizing, polishing and jewelry repair.
• Restore jewelry to original beauty and design custom pieces.
• Deliver a Customer-First experience that exceeds expectations.
