Signet Jewelers is seeking entry‑level and experienced jewelers to join our Field Design & Service Center teams. You will restore jewelry to its original beauty and design custom pieces, delivering a Customer‑First experience that exceeds expectations.

You will complete administrative tasks and polish jewelry, advancing to Bench Jeweler. The role includes stone setting, sizing, polishing, and jewelry repair, with opportunities for growth across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• 1–3 years Bench Jeweler (or relevant) experience in skilled trades working with fine metals.
• Passing a qualified bench test to assess current jeweler level.
• Excellent organizational skills & detail orientation.
• Customer service minded individuals with a high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full‑time 40‑hour work week with seasonal required overtime.
