Job summary

Wonder is seeking an Assistant General Manager to run the four walls of a location, delivering consistent outcomes in quality, speed, team culture, and customer satisfaction. You will own operations from kitchen to customer experience, making real-time decisions to remove bottlenecks and ensure profitable performance.

You will lead hourly teams, coach staff, and manage hiring, training, and development in collaboration with senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing shift operations in food service, retail, hospitality, or similar.
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive service excellence.
• Strong track record managing labor deployment and throughput KPIs.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own daily execution across kitchen, fulfillment, service, and customer experience.
• Optimize labor deployment and shift readiness to meet volume targets.
• Use data/feedback to identify issues and drive improvements in real time.
• Maintain brand standards and optimize tools, equipment, and facilities.
• Lead coaching and development of hourly team members.
• Partner with senior leaders on hiring, training, and development.
