Job summary

HCW Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bell Person to welcome guests from arrival to departure, ensuring comfort and seamless service at all times.

You will assist with luggage, offer local information, and help guests navigate the hotel, while maintaining lobby cleanliness and coordinating with the front desk and other teams to deliver top-tier hospitality. This role requires flexibility with shifts and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in hospitality is preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual and automatic vehicles.

Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Bell Person, you’ll provide exceptional guest service. In this role, you will:

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Assist with luggage handling, room orientation, and transportation needs.
• Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bell desk area.
• Assist with valet parking, as needed, ensuring guest vehicles are handled safely.
• Work closely with the front desk and other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We’re looking for a friendly and service-oriented individual who takes pride in making guests feel at home. To excel in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel or related field.
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• The ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A valid driver’s license and the ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
