Job summary

Hotel Oceana Santa Monica is seeking a dynamic Bellman & Valet to greet guests, assist with luggage, escort to rooms, and ensure a seamless arrival and departure experience in a luxury setting.

You’ll safely park guest vehicles, maintain valet records, share local recommendations, coordinate transportation, and support front desk operations while upholding the highest standards of service.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality, valet, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent guest service orientation and professionalism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate vehicles safely and follow traffic rules.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming first impression.
• Assist with luggage handling, storage, and delivery to guest rooms.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide orientation of amenities and services.
• Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles and maintain key security.
• Maintain tidy valet areas and accurate arrival/departure records.
• Provide local recommendations and coordinate transportation as needed.
