The Knickerbocker Chicago, part of Millennium Hotels, is seeking a Bellman to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests warmly, assist with luggage, and escort guests to rooms while sharing information about hotel amenities and local attractions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
• Assist guests with luggage and belongings with care.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Coordinate transportation requests (taxis, rideshares) and other guest travel needs.
• Maintain lobby and entrance areas to ensure they are clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless service.
