Job summary

The Biltmore Los Angeles, part of Millennium Hotels & Resorts, is seeking a Bellman to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a historic downtown setting. You will support daily operations, assist guests with luggage, escort them to rooms, and ensure a welcoming entrance and smooth arrival experiences.

This role requires passion for hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment, including weekends and evenings. Join a team committed to service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel features.
• Deliver luggage and other items to guest rooms.
• Assist with valet and driveway operations when required.
• Maintain a clean, organized bell desk area.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Communicate guest needs to the appropriate department.
• Follow hotel safety, security, and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
