Job summary

La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Bell Captain to lead the Bell and Valet team and ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures in a luxury Santa Fe setting.

You will oversee luggage, valet operations, transportation services and the hotel entrance flow, upholding safety and high hospitality standards while coordinating with Front Office leadership.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift luggage up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the Bell and Valet team to ensure exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences.
Oversee luggage assistance, valet parking, transportation services and hotel entrance flow.
Uphold safety and guest service standards while delivering outstanding hospitality.
