Job summary

La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa, part of Crescent Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Bell Captain to lead the Bell and Valet team and ensure seamless guest arrivals and departures in a luxury Santa Fe setting.

You will oversee luggage, valet operations, transportation services and the hotel entrance flow, upholding safety and high hospitality standards while coordinating with Front Office leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift luggage up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Here is what you will be doing each day:

The Bell & Valet Captain is responsible for leading the daily operations of the Bell and Valet team while ensuring exceptional guest arrival and departure experiences. This position oversees luggage assistance, valet parking operations, transportation services, and the overall flow of the hotel entrance. The Bell & Valet Captain serves as a leader within the Front Office, ensuring team members deliver outstanding hospitality, maintain operational efficiency, and uphold the highest standards of safety and guest service.
