Pechanga Resort & Casino seeks a Bell Captain to oversee the Bell Services Department, ensuring proper staffing and scheduling. You will review payroll and overtime, coordinate group arrivals/departures, and train all Bell Staff while assisting with interviewing and disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities include maintaining supply inventories, delivering service guarantees, and communicating effectively with guests and teammates.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all Bell Services operations and staffing.
• Schedule staff, review payroll and overtime.
• Train Bell Staff and assist with hiring and disciplinary actions.
• Maintain inventory of department supplies and reports.
• Coordinate group arrival/departure patterns and ensure service standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Operate OPERA computer system and adhere to safety procedures.
