Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Bell Captain to lead the bell staff, set duties, and deliver warm, efficient guest service from arrival to departure, coordinating with Valet and Front Desk for a seamless experience. You will greet and assist guests, manage luggage, provide room orientation, and handle luggage tickets and storage.

The role requires English communication, a HS diploma, and prior casino/hotel experience.

Qualifications

• Upscale hotel experience preferred.
• Must read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• 5 years of safe driving experience in vehicle.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.

Job Summary

The Bell Captain leads the bell staff by setting duties and being the first and last impression for our guests , delivering exceptional service with warmth and enthusiasm , efficiency , and prompt professional attentive guest services . This role ensures seamless experience from arrival to departure assisting guests with their luggage working closely with Valet and Front Desk .

How You Will Create the Extraordinary

Greet,directandassistall guests.

Inform Guest of approximatetime framefor bell service.

Offer assistancewith luggage placement (rack/closet).

Offer each Guest a room orientation and ice service.

Offer concierge services and promote laundry, healthspasand other services.

Ask Guest how their stay was.

Frequent writing of luggage tickets.

Deliver,retrieveand store luggage for our guests.

Load and unload luggage from vehicles.

Keepaccuraterecords and record numbers neatly while delivering and retrieving luggage for bus groups

Answer a high volume of phone calls in a polite & professional manner.

Direct contact with guestsrequirespatience andgood communication.

The Bell Person will alsobe responsible forstorage and retrieval of luggage in the luggage room as assigned by the Bell Captain.

Completes required room slip information andsubmitsto Bell Captain after each front.

Deliver & retrieve boxes, packages &envelopes to &from our business center for our guests.

Maintain regular& predictableattendancein accordance withBell Desk policies.

Otherjob-relatedduties as assigned.

What You Will Need

HS diploma or GED.

Casino/Hotelexperiencepreferred.

Experience within an upscale hotel preferred.

Skill inestablishingand maintaining effective working relationships with co-workers.

Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.

5 years of safe driving experience invehicle.

Ability to uphold anddemonstratethe highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.

Wage: $8.88 per hour plus tips

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to stand forlong periodsof time.

Normal sense of smell, touch,soundand vision range

Requiresseldomsitting, kneeling, lifting/carrying of 51-100 lbs.;occasionalbending & reaching from floor to 6ft, crouching, lifting/carrying of 25-50lbs,copying & writing of numbers

Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity as well as the ability to distinguish letters,symbolsand currency
