Overview: As a Bell Attendant, your main responsibility is to provide excellent service to hotel guests. This includes assisting with the check-in and check-out processes, driving the hotel vehicle for scheduled runs and as needed, and ensuring that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Preferred high school diploma or equivalent. College degree is a plus.
Prior experience in a customer service position is a plus.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record as required by the company's insurance carrier.
Ability to stand for the entire shift
Willingness to work long hours when necessary and work days, nights and weekends.
Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds occasionally, 50 pounds frequently, and 20 pounds constantly (such as when handling luggage carts or moving objects).
Clear communication skills to effectively convey information and ideas. -
Ability to remain composed under pressure.
Must be able to speak English fluently and carry on a conversation with guests.
