Fouquet's New York is seeking a Bell Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury hotel environment. You will assist with check-in/check-out, drive the hotel vehicle for scheduled runs, and ensure guests have a seamless, elegant stay.

The role requires a valid driver's license, the ability to stand for long periods, and the willingness to work long hours including nights and weekends. English fluency and a courteous, attentive demeanor are essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old with an acceptable driving record.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be able to stand for the entire shift and work long hours, including days, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 100 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and escort guests to rooms.
• Drive hotel vehicle for scheduled runs and as needed.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Help guests with luggage and packages.
• Deliver messages and run errands on and off property.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Safely drive company or guest vehicles.
• Manage short-term baggage storage and guest requests.
