Montage International seeks a Bell/Door Attendant to support the Rooms leadership team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The role covers full-cycle luggage management and in-room service coordination, acting as a business partner to advance company goals and values.
Responsibilities include facilitating room orientations, delivering amenities, and conveying knowledge about hotel services to guests. Valid lifting and mobility limits apply.
The Bell/Door Attendant position will assist the Rooms leadership team in providing exceptional experiences to our guests. The focus of the role will be toengage guests throughout the hotel and manage the full-cycle guest luggage experience. This role will contribute to the organization as an active business partner that is responsible for supporting the company’s goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.
Job duties include; although are not limited to:
Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 6 hours in length.Must have the ability to bend, squat and lift up to 60 lbs., including, but not limited to, luggage, guest items and bags on a regular and continuing basis.Must be able to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis.Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill cleaning tasks.Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending, climbing, listening and hearing ability and visual acuity.
The pay scale Bell/Door Attendant is $18.97 to $25.30 and hour. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
