Job summary

• Ability to read, write, do basic math, and complete tasks accurately.
• Ability to manage luggage handling and guest requests efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the lobby in a warm, professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls at the Bell Desk and assist guests.
• Assign bell personnel to requests to ensure timely service.
• Tag luggage with bag count and guest last name; store securely.
• Store and retrieve luggage and other items for guests.
• Verify luggage with guests’ tickets before handing over bags.
