Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Kapaa, Hawaii seeks a Bell Captain to lead a team of bellpersons and ensure an outstanding first impression for every guest.

Lead arrivals and departures, coordinate luggage and guest requests, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service in a tropical resort setting.

Qualifications

• Less than three moving violations in the three previous years.
• No DUI convictions on record.
• Must have current driver's license where applicable.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of bellpersons, fostering exceptional service.
• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure with a warm, personal touch.
• Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, services and local attractions.
• Ensure smooth flow of luggage and guest belongings; collaborate with departments.
