Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort in Kapaa, Hawaii seeks a Bell Captain to lead a team of bellpersons and ensure an outstanding first impression for every guest.

Lead arrivals and departures, coordinate luggage and guest requests, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service in a tropical resort setting.

Qualifications

• Less than three moving violations in the three previous years.
• No DUI convictions on record.
• Must have current driver's license where applicable.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• One year prior Guest Services/Bell experience preferred.

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, providing a warm and personalized experience.
• Coordinate luggage handling, transportation, and guest requests promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient flow of luggage, packages, and guest belongings.
• Provide recommendations and assistance to guests, enhancing their overall stay.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Sign on Bonus Incentive Plan-$150.00 at Hire, $300 after 90 Days & $500 at 6 months

Qualifications
