• Must have excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and assist with luggage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a memorable first impression.
• Assist with unloading luggage and guiding guests to their room.
• Escort guests to the front desk during check-in and explain hotel amenities.
• Open car doors and assist guests arriving by vehicle.
• Provide local information to guests for sightseeing and dining options.
• Collaborate with fellow Bell Attendants to ensure personalized service.
• Keep the lobby and entrance area neat and welcoming.
• Be proactive in going beyond the norm to delight guests.
• Support lobby operations to maintain smooth guest flow.
