Job summary

The Wade - Lakeshore, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Chicago, seeks a friendly Guest Services Agent to welcome guests and support their stay. You will assist with luggage, orient guests to hotel amenities, and ensure a memorable first impression in a fast-paced environment.

We value at least one year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and a team mindset. You''ll collaborate with colleagues to deliver personalized service and help coordinate check-in, valet, and guest needs

Qualifications

At least 1 year in a customer service role with high guest interaction.
Valid driver’s license with no major infractions for 6 months.
Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Ability to solve problems and work in a team.

Responsibilities

Help guests discover their Wanderlust experience.
Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest.
Interacts with all guests as the bell person/guest services attendant.
Escort guests to the front desk for check-in and to their room.
Park and retrieve guests' vehicles as requested.
Maintain welcoming and organized entrance area.
