Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Bell person to ensure a seamless arrival, check-in, and stay experience for guests at our Chicago-area property. You will assist with luggage, respond to guest requests, and coordinate transportation as needed.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, handling luggage, answering questions about amenities, and supporting the front desk and management to exceed expectations. A professional appearance and strong English communication are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short memos and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide luggage assistance during check-in and check-out.
• Deliver messages, luggage, packages, and run errands to exceed guest expectations.
• Answer questions about amenities, services, policies, attractions, dining, and directions.
• Coordinate transportation needs for owners and guests.
• Maintain luggage carts and track cart inventory.
