Miraval Berkshires in Lenox, MA, part of Hyatt, is seeking a Bell Attendant to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and provide personalized service to ensure a smooth stay.

The role supports Front Desk coordination, guests’ local needs, and timely responses to inquiries, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Desire to satisfy needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• Clean driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport guest vehicles and related equipment.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other hotel departments for guest deliveries.
• Provide directions to local insights.
• Transport guests to local venues.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and special requests.
