Job summary

Miraval Berkshires Resort and Spa in Lenox, MA, seeks a full-time Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations, ensure accuracy of financial and property systems, and provide calm, attentive guest support.

The role requires the ability to work 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., stay composed under pressure, and coordinate with departments to guarantee seamless guest experiences while leveraging Opera Cloud and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter.
• Must be comfortable working long shifts (9p.m.–7a.m.).
• Must be calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive support to guests during overnight hours.
• Maintain accuracy of nightly financial reports, postings, and audit procedures.
• Communicate with colleagues to support seamless guest experiences.
• Assist guests with booking activities, spa services, and wellness programs.
• Assist guests with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and valet services.
• Check guests in with professionalism and presence for a smooth arrival.
• Provide accurate information about resort amenities and policies.
• Complete all assigned nightly tasks, reports, and checklists.

We are currently seeking a full-time Night Auditor to oversee the resort’s overnight operations, provide accuracy, stability, and thoughtful guest support. The qualified candidate will ensure a seamless transition from day to night by providing calm, attentive support and maintaining the integrity of our financial and operational systems. Night auditors should be detail‑oriented, composed, dependable, knowledgeable, and warmly professional. Essential functions include:

• Provide warm, attentive support to guests seeking assistance during overnight or early‑morning hours
• Maintain accuracy and completeness of nightly financial reports, postings, and audit procedures while upholding Miraval’s service standards
• Professionally communicate with colleagues and integrated departments to support seamless guest experiences across all touchpoints
• Assist guests with booking Miraval activities, spa services, and wellness programs, offering knowledgeable guidance and thoughtful recommendations
• Support guests with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and valet services for late‑night or early‑morning arrivals and departures
• Check guests in with professionalism and presence, offering a smooth and mindful arrival experience
• Provide clear, accurate information about resort amenities and policies
• Complete all assigned nightly tasks, reports, and checklists with precision and care
