Job summary

Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeeping operations and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel. You will assist Room Attendants with supplies, help keep public areas pristine, and contribute to a welcoming guest environment.

Candidates should be reliable, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting; flexibility for weekends and holidays is required. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Good communication skills are essential.
• Prior hotel housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants by stripping rooms, delivering linens, amenities, and other supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public spaces, and service areas.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support the housekeeping team in a timely manner.

What You’ll Do:

As a Houseperson, you'll play a vital role in supporting our housekeeping operations and ensuring the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel. From assisting Room Attendants with supplies to maintaining public areas, you'll help create a welcoming environment that guests remember.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants by stripping rooms, delivering linens, amenities, and other supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness in hallways, public spaces, and service areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support the housekeeping team in a timely mannerEnsure storage rooms and carts are well-stocked and organized
• Handle tasks that require lifting, pushing, and pulling moderate weight (with proper technique and equipment)
