Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a guest services associate to escort guests, transport luggage, and ensure guests are comfortable with their rooms and features. You’ll engage with Front Office and Valet teams to deliver a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Ability to tolerate moderate amounts of walking.
• An open and flexible schedule that includes early morning, afternoon, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Must exhibit a positive attitude and have a passion for teamwork.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

In this dynamic role, you'll be in constant communication with the Front Office and Valet teams to seamlessly escort guests and transport their luggage and personal items to and from their rooms.
