Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort & Spa is seeking a Guest Activities Host to help guests plan and book a variety of activities on property and nearby attractions. You’ll share local insights, coordinate with other departments, and ensure guests have memorable experiences during their stay.

Ideal candidates are friendly, comfortable with computers and MS Office, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license and 18+ are required.

Qualifications

As a Guest Activities Host, you’ll be the go‑to person for helping our guests explore all the exciting activities available both on our beautiful property and in the surrounding area. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and loves connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Guests with Activity Planning:Help guests schedule and book a variety of activities, ensuring they make the most of their stay at the resort.
• Provide Local Insights:Share your knowledge of the property and surrounding area, recommending activities that cater to guests’ interests and preferences.
• Communicate Effectively:Maintain clear and friendly communication with guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed about all available options.
• Coordinate with Team Members:Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of activities and events, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Handle Guest Inquiries:Respond to questions and concerns promptly, providing exceptional service that reflects Hyatt’s commitment to hospitality.
