Job summary

Hilton New Orleans - St. Charles Avenue is seeking a Bell Attendant to provide welcoming guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests to rooms, and sharing information about hotel amenities.

This full-time Front Office position requires a friendly, professional demeanor and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior hotel or customer service experience a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain amenities.
• Deliver luggage and packages promptly and professionally.
• Maintain lobby and bell storage areas; coordinate with Front Desk.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
