• Coordinates with housekeeping and maintenance for availability and readiness of guest rooms.
• Makes and confirms reservations.
• Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, dining and entertainment.
• Answers phone calls and records guest messages.
• Computes guest bills and handles monetary transactions.
• Performs basic bookkeeping and balances cash accounts.
• Assists guests and escalates issues to appropriate teams.
• Maintains a neat, clean, and safe front desk area.
