Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a high-growth technology company with enterprise pipeline impact.
• Deep knowledge of the Belgian market and enterprise buyers.
• Ability to work with minimal process and move quickly as our first marketer in the market.
• Commitment to excellence in quality, clarity, and impact.
• Curious about AI and able to follow the tech ecosystem closely.

Responsibilities

• Build integrated B2B marketing campaigns across Belgian priority industries.
• Localize programs across ABM, content, events, partner/customer marketing, and outbound, choosing the right channel.
• Adapt global campaigns and messaging for the Belgian market and feed local insights back to the global team.
• Partner closely with local sales and the global product marketing, growth, and design teams to keep messaging consistent and execute high-impact campaigns.
• Own pipeline generation and campaign performance for the market, using data to measure results and run experiments.
