Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with autism in clinics/home/school settings.
• 1 year direct services to children with autism and supervising staff.
• Willing to learn early learning curriculum and behavioral principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Able to work with a range of functioning ASD and implement programs in home/school/community.
• Motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal direction.
• Able to work independently and as a team in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record data on observable client behavior.
• Support lead therapist with data graphs and summaries.
• Write progress notes, program updates, and prepare session materials.
• Assist with baseline, treatment, parent training, and generalization sessions.
• Transport and handle clients safely.
