Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision at our Voorhees, NJ center. This temporary role requires compassion and teamwork to support children with autism through individualized treatment plans.

Formación

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist with data collection and progress notes as part of therapy sessions.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
