Kaleidoscope ABA offers center-based Behavioral Technician and Registered Behavior Technician positions in Union, NJ. Under a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans and support children with autism through ABA therapy.

The role requires a HS diploma and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; teams work collaboratively in a supportive environment with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive benefits.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
